The Registrar’s Office is your go-to resource for everything you need to register for your course or to make changes to your registration. Academic Advisors are also helpful resources.
All course schedules will be posted to Moodle the Monday before classes start. If you have questions beforehand, the best way to learn about the details of your schedule is to contact your instructor directly. You are expected to participate fully in all class sessions and other activities throughout the intensive.
Here is the general schedule of the intensive week, which runs Saturday, August 9 through Saturday, August 16.
Saturday, August 9: The intensive starts at 3:00 pm (ET) for an in-person orientation with all Design Studies students participating in the week.
Sunday, August 10 to Friday, August 15: Class sessions are 8 am to noon and 1 pm to 5 pm with activities planned for some evenings.
Saturday, August 16: The Design Studies intensive will conclude midday, which slight variations based on cohort. Historic Preservation will conclude at noon. Design for Human Health will wrap up between noon and 1 p.m. And Sustainable Design will finish the intensive at roughly 2:30 p.m.
